Rose City Rescue strives to connect at-risk and abandoned dogs with loving forever homes in the Pacific Northwest.

Utilizing a tireless network of dedicated volunteers we save animals from high-kill shelters, abandonment and neglect by sourcing fosters and forever homes through community outreach and network building.

It is our belief that animals are incredible conduits to human interaction, and our network is the proof of this. Our love for animals is the common thread that links people from across the Western seaboard. Our pets support us in our grief and challenges, nudge us to face the world with them by our sides, and provide endless humor, entertainment, companionship and devotion.

It is our mission to be stewards of these selfless creatures that make our lives so rich. Rose City Rescue is composed of dedicated dog lovers that contribute through fostering, transporting, networking, advocating, educating, sponsoring, participating and adopting. We aim to be inclusive and considerate of the needs of both animals and their stewards.
